iNOEX – The Future Of Extrusion

inoex-800

The solution was a web-based HMI with WebIQ

iNOEX stands for the highest quality and efficiency in extrusion. For this purpose, iNOEX offers various modules from gravimetric dosing to various methods for wall thickness measurement to complete systems with automatic dimensional change.

Project Features

  • Dynamic HMI generation at runtime according to the configuration and editing the HMI in WebIQ Designer
  • Real-time monitoring of gravimetry, measured values and control
  • Responsive design from 10” to 21” touch screen sizes
  • Customized design theme
  • Custom widgets such as the measurement display and process monitoring
  • Application includes alarm, user, trend and recipe management
  • Project support from concept & design up to the implementation of the initial HMI
  • Integration of a commercial JavaScript library by iNOEX for additional visualization widgets

The challenge with the web HMI was the variety of modules and technologies as well as the many different sizes of the deliverable solutions (from a simple gravimetry up to the multilayer system with several extruders). The solution: a dynamically generated web HMI for all possible configurations and the ability to configure the HMI without web knowledge in WebIQ Designer, the drag & drop design tool included in WebIQ.
