Smart HMI GmbH has today agreed to be fully acquired by Beijer Electronics, part of the BEIJER GROUP. Beijer Electronics is a multinational, cross-industry innovator that connects people and technologies to optimize processes for business-critical applications. Their portfolio includes operator communication, solution engineering, digitalization and communication, and technical support.
Beijer Electronics has more than 450 employees and sales of approximately 1,1k MSEK. Headquartered in Malmoe, Sweden, the company has operations globally and a worldwide sales and support organization.
